Very nice ornate cast iron cased scale. Uses half roberval system with spring. Motion transfer to the pointer by a rack and pinion. Text on the dial "HELLA"
Weigh up to 10 Kg. The dial is enamel. The load pan is made of tin ( removed for the picture ). The scale use a little rarer kind of weigh system, because the dial show the first 1000 gram from 12 to 4 a clock, than the division is smaller up to 10 KG. A little screw right hand of the load pan is in use to calibrate the scale.
