Grain scale

Grain scale complete with box. Maker unknown. Also not sure if the scale is English or for an other country. The hook which close the scale look very early and also a little like from a French scale. The beam show two graduations.
The set include also a second weight for the beam and one additional item which look like a test weight. Also a little hanger weight is included. We have no idea how this parts work. Help is welcome !!!!
