Bread scale by Davis & Southerton Ltd, Walsall, England, c 1916. The bread was impaled between the forks, and the ring weights were suspended from the hangar, one for a 2lb loaf or two for a 4lb loaf. Carried in a black-painted metal box and used by a traveling baker on his cart. Flat iron beam, painted black with gold lettering. length 9,5"
